Take turns · Ages 4–6
Play shop with a partner.
Take turns is a two-player pretend shop game for ages 4–6. Two children, or a child and a grown-up, share one screen. One is the customer and the other is the shopkeeper.
“One plum, please!”
The customer chooses Plums and the number 1. The shopkeeper finds one plum, packs it and hands the shop back.

How to play
Make an order.
Pick one of the five fruits and a quantity from one to five. Choose Give my order.
Pass the device.
The shopkeeper listens to the order, adds the fruit to the basket and packs it when the count matches.
Swap jobs.
Choose Swap jobs so the other player can be the customer. Try a different fruit or number next time.
Do we need two devices or accounts?
One phone, tablet or computer is enough. Both players take turns in the same browser, and neither player needs an account.
